Pen and paper

The pencil has been used as a note-taking tool since time immemorial. It has also been a key learning tool for millennia. More recently, the use of the pen has become less common as digital tools have replaced the pen's writing ability.

We believe that it is premature to replace the pen. Research shows ( ) that writing notes activates the brain in a unique way.

It is for learning reasons that the stylus pen is central to the Puro interface. Modern OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology makes it easier to use stylus pens for everyday writing tasks.
